New Patrol Schedules

All security patrols will now follow new routes aligned with cluster boundaries. Residents are advised to notify guards of any unusual activity. Night patrols are backed by response vehicles stationed near the main gate.

Important Notice from Thome 1st Avenue RA

This is a controlled residential area. Construction of flats, godowns, kiosks, business premises, or shanties is strictly prohibited. No dumping, street hawking, or blocking of storm water drains is allowed. Violations will attract penalties.

Garbage Pickup Update

From June 2025, garbage will be collected every Tuesday and Saturday between 7 AM and 10 AM. Residents are encouraged to separate waste where possible and use RA-approved collection bags.

Community Clean-Up

We're organizing a clean-up on all cluster roads and paths. Join us at the main gate at 9 AM on May 14th. Dress comfortably and bring your community spirit. Children welcome with supervision!

Estate Construction & Land Use Policy

This is a strictly residential neighborhood. Construction of flats, godowns, kiosks, shanties, or business premises is prohibited. Any such activity will attract penalties and legal enforcement.

Dumping of construction waste, commercial vending, and obstruction of stormwater drains is also prohibited. Residents are urged to cooperate in maintaining a clean, peaceful, and secure environment.
